Boundaries and Beyond

This 2.5 hour workshop provides participants with an in-depth understanding of the stress cycle, boundaries, and self-compassion in a way that centers the needs of educational professionals and supports burnout prevention. In this workshop, you will learn about the stress cycle, the differences between stress and stressors, and ways to complete the stress cycle on a daily basis. Building off this information, you will explore work-life boundaries and discover new ways of adjusting your relationship to work to support your wellness. Finally, you will learn about self-compassion as a tool that supports your ability to prioritize your mental, emotional, and physical needs.

Cost: $125 - includes workshop materials (receipt provided, which should be covered by most insurance plans)

Release Your Year

Bring closure to your school year so you can enter the summer break with a sense of peace

This 2-hour workshop is designed for educators who have experienced a challenging school year and would benefit from processing and releasing their experiences. In this session, you will connect with other educators to share and process your experiences in a safe, supportive, and confidential way. You will also participate in journaling and arts-based activities designed to help you release the difficult experiences of your year so that you can start off your summer with a sense of ease, freedom, and peace.

Cost: $150 - includes workshop materials (receipt provided, which should be covered by most insurance plans)

Preventing Burnout for Educators

This four-week in-person group is designed for educators who are interested in increasing their understanding of stress and burnout, and learning practical, actionable ways to support their wellness. Engaging in this summer workshop will allow participants to return to work in the fall feeling refreshed and empowered to navigate the challenges of teaching or working with students. This in-person group will take place across four 1.5-hour sessions where participants will learn about:

  • releasing your year - letting go of challenges from the recent school year to start the summer off right

  • the stress cycle - what it is, why it matters, and evidence-based ways to manage your stress daily

  • boundaries - understanding your relationship to work and creating boundaries that support a healthy work-life balance in ways that make sense for you

  • self-compassion - how this approach to self-care can support your overall wellness in your personal and professional lives

This group is designed for anyone who works in the education system (teachers, education assistants, therapists, administrators) who is interested in learning evidence-based practices to support self-care and increase their overall wellness in a safe, caring group environment.

Session fees: $200 - session fees due at time of registration (receipt provided, which should be covered by most insurance plans)
